Societies Federation Committee
Societies Federation Committee are elected representatives taken from the membership of societies federation. Societies federation is made up of every full, paid member of every society at the Canterbury campus of the University of Kent. One member of the committee is selected as a Union council rep and will hold a vote there. One member is selected as volunteering committee rep and will hold a vote there. This group meets about once a month to discuss volunteering. SOCFEDCOM are held to account for their actions which are officially approved or refuted at a (usually) termly socfed meeting.

Term 1 Thursday October 20th KLT1 6-8ish
Societies Federation is the collective group of every single member of every single society. It meets every term to pass policy, approve new societies and hold its elected representatives to account.
- Every Society with over 100 members have three votes.
- Every Society with 20-99 members inclusively have two votes.
- Every Society with 10-19 members inclusively has one vote.
EVERY SOCIETY IS MANDATED TO ATTEND THIS MEETING. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR BUDGET BEING FROZEN!
